Jake Zambaldi, Director of Development Programs
With more than 13 years of experience as a consultant for both public and private organizations, Jake has spent his career assisting clients of all sizes and backgrounds with the implementation and administration of economic development tools and methods. Focusing on the management and effective use of locally controlled financing tools such as TIF and Business Districts, Jake has been able to secure millions of dollars of investment and capitalize on opportunities to create and retain jobs and businesses for his many clients. Additionally, Jake leads the firm in creating and negotiating redevelopment agreements, developing and managing project proposals and grants, and is an expert on regulatory compliance for Tax Increment Financing and Business Districts.
Jake holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia, with training in finance, accounting, economics, and marketing.
